Resolve ATM / POS Issues

If you have attempted a card transaction on any of our e-Channels (POS, ATM, QUICKTELLER, etc) and
your account has been debited but you have not received value for the transaction, kindly search for and
lodge the transaction below to effect a reversal of your fund or click here to download and fill this pdf file
then submit it to the nearest branch.

ATM Use

The ATM card has either a magnetic stripe or a processor (or chip) that allows data or information to be
stored or processed in it. ATMs are a quick and convenient way to access money in your accounts.

Account and Online Services

The second you notice/realize that your details or ATM cards have been misplaced/compromised,
contact us and we will immediately restore your peace of mind.
